Bookings open at 5pm Wednesday 3 June and close at 5pm on Wednesday 17 June.     Some days are capped so get in quick….

Confirmation and Consent forms will be sent home Friday 19 June. Please read these carefully.    
The Consent forms need to be signed and returned to school before the Vacation Care starts.

iGOSH accounts need to be under $500 to use the service for the holiday period

There has been a change to our fees.
Due to the increase of wages, bus prices and general costs of items, we have unfortunately had to change how we scale our vac care fees. To continue to offer the wonderful variety of activities these increases will take effect these July holidays.

Home Day (on site days with no special visitors / equipment for the day) $55

Incursion (on site days, where we have special visitors / equipment for the day) $60

Excursion (off site) $65

To follow with the school’s overview on the current coronavirus crisis, the July Holiday program has been planned with no excursions. We have decided to have incursions, where strict processes will be followed with outsiders coming into the school and the use of other equipment.

Changes to access of iGOSH in the July Holidays.
During the vac care there will be building developments happening on the school grounds, which will effect how children can be dropped off and picked up. The Lyndoch Road and carpark gates will be locked. Families will need to park in the staff carpark and access the gates on the bottom oval near the large lemon trees. You will then need to walk across the bottom oval and up the stairs to access iGOSH. There will be bunting and lots of signage to help with showing you where to go.
