Pancake Day
Tuesday 13 February was SHROVE TUESDAY otherwise known as PANCAKE DAY.
Shrove Tuesday is the last day before Ash Wednesday and is the last day before the period of Easter known as Lent. Traditionally Shrove Tuesday was a day for gluttonous celebrations to use up luxurious foods that many people would forgo during the Christian season of Lent.
Thank you to Will Knott (Ministry Leader) and volunteers from New Life Church will were busy cooking pancakes on the BBQ and serving pancakes to students and their families who came along for the brekky.
