iPad Boot Camp – information session for parents / caregivers

Students in Years 4-6 are starting the year by taking part in an iPad boot camp. 

The boot camp is designed to familiarise students with some of the iPad features and applications they will be using in class.  It is also designed to educate students about digital citizenship and issues to be aware of when working, playing or interacting online.

We are committed to working with parents and caregivers as our 1:1 iPad program is introduced into the school and we believe it is important students, teachers and parents/caregivers are on the same page when it comes to using online spaces. 

An information session will be held after Worship and Praise this Friday 22 February (9.30-10.30am) in the school staff room, to give parents and caregivers the opportunity to find out more about what students will be covering in boot camp. 

This session will be repeated the following Friday 1 March at 9.30-10.30am
