2.  EVENING performance on Thursday 7th September commencing at 7.00pm  (approx 1.5 hour duration)

This fantastic event will feature performances by every class from Year 4 to Year 7.  Throughout the show there will be singing, dancing and acting to entertain you. All Year 4-7 students have been working hard in class on their acts and are required to attend both the matinee and evening performances.

Evening tickets are $5 (both adults and children) and Matinee tickets are $2 (both adults and children).   Children under 4 are free, provided they are on the parent’s lap.  If they require a seat please purchase a ticket.

Seats will be allocated as sold.  Tickets will be sent home on Friday 1st September.  To make sure all parents are able to attend, we will begin by limiting ticket quantities to 4 per family for the evening concert but if they do not sell out we will allow further purchases.  Please note on the form if you have any additional needs in regards to seating (for example wheelchair access/placement) and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.

For the matinee performance PRESHOW coffee, tea & a biscuit will be available.
For the evening performance, PRESHOW DRINKS will be available for adults to purchase from 6.30pm.
P&F will provide GOODIE BAGS for the children.  These need to be pre-purchased on the form below and will include a biscuit, a packet of popcorn and a fruit juice.    The bags will cost $3 each or two for $5.

Gawler Cinemas:      Monday 31st July 2017 at 7.00pm
School Community Event!

This is an event being hosted by the P&F committee (whose fundraising money goes into our school community!)

Please support our school, share with your family and friends (open to everyone - not just school families!) and join us for a fun evening to see an AMAZING film about the positive body image movement.

It's an amazing film and recommend for everyone.    Film is made by fellow South Australian Mum Taryn Brumfit, even more reason to support!

When body image activist Taryn Brumfitt posted an unconventional before-and-after photograph in 2013, it was seen by more than 100 million worldwide and sparked an international media frenzy. In her forceful debut, Brumfitt continues her crusade exploring the global issue of body loathing. She travels the world to interview an impressive range of women about their attitudes to their bodies, including: Mia Freedman, the youngest ever editor of the Australian edition of Cosmopolitan; Adelaide researcher Professor Marika Tiggemann; UK talk show host/photographer Amanda de Cadenet; body image blogger Jess Baker (a.k.a. The Militant Baker); and motivational speaker Turia Pitt.

PLEASE NOTE:
Enough tickets must be sold to ensure this screening goes ahead! Funds will be placed on hold until the screening is confirmed, if it doesn't happen those funds will be released! To buy tickets, go to www.fan-force.com  or click on the links on our school face book site .
