Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program

This has resumed for term 2 and the year 6’s are really excited. 

We have been exploring breads from around the world.

We made focaccia, wattleseed damper, pretzels and grissini (crispy bread sticks).

To go along with our bread we also made silver beet dip, beetroot dip and hummus,  using ingredients from our garden.
