“Dental for Schools” - at Immanuel School in Term 2 Week 9

• Following on from the Oral Health Education workshops in week 1, parents now have an opportunity to book their child in for a Dental visit with Dental for Schools at the end of this term, onsite here at Immanuel.   Dates are Weds 28, Thurs 29 and Fri 30 June 2023. 
• The Dental for Schools staff look after your child completely on the day by collecting your child from the classroom, taking them to the Dental Mobile Van and then returning your child back to class. 
• Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes.   All Dental for Schools staff have required clearances and certifications and will manage all the paperwork and bookings confidentially.      
• Application forms have been sent home to every student.  If you would like to book a dental visit for your child, please complete and return the form to Immanuel school office (by Friday 2 June) or alternatively complete online at this link https://47073.aidaform.com/parental-school-consent-form
